Due to the nature of our products (perishable items like flowers and cakes, as well as personalized gifts), we do not offer exchanges or returns. We encourage you to double-check your order details before confirming the purchase to ensure that all information is correct.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed in the event of the following situations:
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If the wrong item is delivered, we will arrange for a replacement, or if a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
- Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipping, we require that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage. In such cases, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on the availability of the product.
